Latin American and Latino History and Culture
Grape strike bumper stickers, United Farm Workers' pamphlets and documents, Spanish language comics, and fotonovelas, and small press poetry volumes by Chicana and Chicano authors are all collected in Special Collections. The Mexican comics collections is equal to the largest anywhere in the English speaking world, and includes many of the works of Rius (Eduardo Reyes) in both Spanish and English. A large and growing archive documents activities of the Latino community in the Midwest.
